New Vinyl Destination.  I love music videos.  A whole lot.

Just so it’s clear, I didn’t really rank these by favorite.  I ranked them by around when I discovered them, because I do like a lot of them equally.  Enjoy!

Let’s Play: Psycho (RosiePaw)

Monday, March 7th, 2011

Summary:

Psycho was an interesting game.  I’ve always had a thing for terribly programmed games, and this game did not let me down.  A few things I didn’t touch on in this LP are the controls, and the forced perspective.  The controls are not BAD once you get past the fact you have to mash on the arrow keys repeatedly to get your character to shuffle along.  It is also very easy to get your character STUCK on graphics because of the forced perspective – for example, in the kitchen, there is a cabinet that is taller than other things.  You need to MOVE AROUND IT (just like in real life!).

As games go, this was pretty hilarious.  The glitches were amusing (but frustrating if you actually want to play this game seriously), and the lazy descriptions that pop up on the message console are aamaaaaazing.    Unfortunately, this game was not meant to be a comedy.  As a game supposed to be based on Psycho, I’d say they probably should have WATCHED Psycho before actually programming this.

The Story of Skunny

Threw this together real quick. If you saw the Skunny review on my youtube page, then this will seem familiar! This is the part I had to leave out due to time constrictions.
